Our board

ParaQuad's members elect our board of directors each year in elections held in November. The board oversees ParaQuad's policy directions.
ParaQuad’s current board is headed up by Wendy Potter as Chairman and Michael Briggs as Deputy Chairman. The board has bi-monthly meetings and reviews both ParaQuad's strategic and operational activities.

The board has established a number of committees to assist its work, including the Finance & Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Governance Project Committee.

The Chairman of ParaQuad NSW, Wendy Potter, has established an email address so that members can contact her about ParaQuad issues.
Her address is: wendy.potter@paraquad.org.au
