Primary Health Care Team - Social Work
The team’s social worker provides a direct service to people with a spinal cord injury who live in the Sydney metropolitan area; or a consultation service in regional NSW to people with a spinal cord injury, their carers and families, significant others of people with SCI, health professionals, other community workers (i.e. community health staff, GP's and case managers) as well as Personal Care Staff assisting people with SCI.
The social worker main focus is on:
